The photograph is a semi-glossy warm toned silver gelatin print, printed without margins on a smooth double-weight beige baryta paper, containing no optical brightening agents. The right edge of the print is cut irregularly. Some details of the image have been hand coloured with watercolour: green on the lawn, bushes, tree leaves, plants, roofs; red and yellow on the flowers; black on the tree trunks.
