Original caption: "Human resource centre to serve 25,000. After nine years of waiting by community leaders, final approval is expected shortly for a new human resource centre in the Flemingdon Park area. Architect's drawing shows some the the details of the $2.1 million building. It includes a gymnasium, swimming pool, arts and crafts facilities, meeting rooms, a library and a day-care centre. It would be within easy walking distance of the area's 25,000 residents. Initial problem was parking area."
