A photograph of a vintage ambulance parked in front of a building. There are no windows on either side of the vehicle, but it does have a windshield. The driver's seat is located on the right side of the vehicle and there is a horn on the side of the ambulance the driver could operate by squeezing a rubber ball. There is a logo on the side of the ambulance "A. W. Miles AMBULANCE" and a caption at the bottom of the photo reading "FIRST MOTOR AMBULANCE RUN IN CANADA. 1911 (CHALMERS) 1st TRIP MARCH 17-1911."
