A child holds a can of red paint and a brush. He appears to have just painted the words on the card. Behind him sits a grinning dog and above him are the pieces of a heart, pierced by an arrow. The card is heart-shaped with a blue background, a border of blue flowers and red hearts, and holes near the top where a string for hanging the card might once have been attached.
