Folded blue trade card advertisement die-cut into the shape of a bottle and embossed with the caption, "Originated and manufactured only by the Dan Cupid Co.//Look for the trade mark CUPID'S GLUE// Avoid inferior imitations." The card unfolds upwards to reveal a black/white sketch of a couple with text, “If only you were stuck on me as I am stuck on you. Then we might always live without a need of “Cupid’s Glue.”"
