Things are pretty rugged in the business section of Centre Island where this woman and man have to wear rubber boots and splash through water with the family. City folk who visited the Island yesterday were dismayed to find on 18 inch catwalk between ferry dock, Manitou bridge. Manitou Rd. catwalk becomes two narrow plank walks. 

View is of the west side of main street, Centre Island.
