An accordion style pop-up card.  An elf drives a makeshift carriage full of flowers and Valentine's Day cards.  The "carriage" is pulled by two dogs.  It has one large wheel which the viewer can open out to reveal an accordion-style pop-up design.  A tab at the bottom of the card allows it to stand up.
