(reverse) Londinia standing in front of the civic chair attended by Commerce and Magistracy addressing a council comprising Liberty, Liberality and Learning.
(in exergue) The Cap of Maintenance above an oak wreath and the City sword and Mace entwined with a ribband bearing the City motto.
