An act for regulating the manner of licencing public houses, and for the more easy convicting of persons selling spirituous liquors without licence.

According to Fleming (in a note to entry no. 21), "on 19 March 1803 two hundred copies of each of six acts [originally enacted 1793-1797] were ordered printed." This is one of these acts.
