Original Toronto Star caption: Strike over: Happy Library workers the end of their 53 day strike last night in a celebration at the Morrissey Tavern north of the Metro Reference Library on Yonge St. The new contract includes a 5 per cent pay hike in the first year, sick pay for part-time workers and improved working conditions for staff working on video display terminals.
