Original Toronto Star caption: The Jobless line up for Unemployment Insurance cheques today in Moss Park Armory; one of two places where the cheques are being distributed while mail service is at a standstill because of walkouts by postal workers. No cheques have been mailed out since the middle of last week; but some are stalled in the mail - as much as 10 per cent by one estimate. An Unemployment Insurance official says some bags containing cheques were retrieved in Belleville office.
