Original Toronto Star caption: The most delicious soup that I have ever tasted was the pumpkin soup at the Sheraton Hotel on Queen St. Could you get the recipe for me? Surprise; Beryl! It was squash; not pumpkin; soup; Heinz Wagner; the European-trained executive chef; spent seven years at the Hyatt in Montreal; and 1 1/2 years at the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa before reaching T.O. If the medals and certificates on his wall are any indication; he must spend half his time winning awards. When you make this soup; don't puree it excessively; some texture should remain.
