Original Toronto Star caption: Part of the sign he's been ordered to take down from Dixon Gospel Temple in Etobicoke is held by pastor; Rev. George Tunks. The banner - 30 inches deep and 25 feet long - was strung along roof line of church addition on Dixon Rd. near Islington Ave. It was put up without borough permission; contravening the sign bylaw that restricts the types of signs on buildings in residential areas. I took it down reluctantly because who can win fighting city hall; Tunks said. But I think it is most unfair.
