Eight-month-old Anthony is the first Canadian in the family. The former helicopter pilot in the South Vietnamese air force, his wife, and 4-year-old daughter, Hanh My, arrived in Canada in July, 1975, with only the clothes on their backs. It's been difficult for them to adjust.
