Original Toronto Star caption: Birthday present: The day after her first birthday, Tracey Ann Hall underwent special surgery on a massive tumor growing in her abdomen. The baby was bought from Jamaica at the request of former Ontario minister of health Dennis Timbrell, who learned of her problem while on a visit to the island. Timbrel, accompanied by Jamaican government minister Dr. Neville Gallimore, visited Tracey and her mother Catherine Reynolds while at the Hospital for Sick Children.
