Original Toronto Star caption: Mystery Man, Flanked by other police officials, OPP artist Constable Paul Daulby (right ) displays his model of a drifter found dead in a St. Catharines ditch. Daulby fashioned the likeness using the skull and real teeth of the man - who used the name of Roscoe Echo and claimed New York roots - in hopes it will be recognized by relatives.
