Original Toronto Star caption: Lake St. Clair Man's still a mystery, Ontario Provincial Police identification expert Frank Doubly has made a clay head he hopes will help identify a man whose remains were found last year by fishermen in Lake St. Clair near Windsor. The first model head he made last summer led to the identification of Cindy-Lou Wanita Smaaslet, 21, and murder charges against a B.C. man.
