Original Toronto Star caption: The new look for posties, Postman David Dorge wears shorts on his route today, now that Postmaster-General Andre Ouellet has given them his approval for the summer, but postwoman Beverley Berry wears a skirt, saying that it's more feminine. Shorts can't be more than three inches above the knee. The posties met on their Mississauga routes.
