Original Toronto Star caption: Metro's biggest pothole: A worker surveys the 45-metre (150-foot) section of Millwood Rd. near Laird Drive that collapsed Sunday; leaving 15;000 East York homes and businesses without telephone service. Extra police and fire service has been provided for the area and will remain in place until phone service is restored; probably by Dec. 18.
