The $400 million centre, to be built by Triton Centres Ltd., will include a three-storey municipal office building; a new headquarters for the Scarborough board of education; three office towers, one of them 20 storeys high; a large hotel; and two multi-storey car parks. Centre will be located south of Highway 401, between Brimey and McCowan Rd.
