Original Toronto Star caption: Crescent Town is a complex of rental and condominium apartments and townhouses with a host of leisure facilities, but it is plagued by vandalism. Teenagers in complex find themselves at a loose end when they're barred from these facilities by rules that allow children and adults to enjoy the facilities separately. One attempt to create a youth club failed a year ago. Residents are now trying for a second time to open a club to help the teenagers combat boredom. Photograph published in the Toronto Star, 7 October 1975, page E1, to illustrate article, ''Teenage boredom thrives despite leisure facilities''.
