A group of women performed a precisiin drill exercise last night as part of graduation exercises of the summer program of Toronto's only naval reserve unit; HMCS York. The 70 graduating students; 30 of them women; completed eight weeks of instruction in basic seamanship; sailing; power boats; parade drill and military law and sports. The federal government student employment program closed with an inspection and a march past; aboard HMCS York.
