Patrol Officer Leo Parwicki of Toronto Harbor Police (sunglasses) helps him in water search. Patey was off duty when he saw a fisherman snag the bird Tuesday evening near the Hearn Generating Station; haul it in and break its wings before throwing it back into the water. He arrested a suspect.
