Original Toronto Star caption: Man-carrying kites shown by the Go Fly a Kite Club were one of the treats yesterday in the new Harborfront '74. the amusement complex along the lakeshore from Bathurst St. to York St. Thousands of persons turned out; despite the weather; and most of them enjoyed it. A 6-year-old boy built the Sheriff of Nottingham's castle from wooden blocks; his mother enjoyed the embroidery; music and art sections; and other persons liked the high diving and clown shows.
