Original Toronto Star caption: Richly appointed Flanagan mansion of 62 rooms available. Capt. James Flanagan (Top left) said today he is willing to accept a suggestion which has been made, to turn over his estate to the King and Queen when they visit Toronto next summer. Magnificently furnished, the Bayview mansion (Bottom Left) is filled with the results of 20 years' searching after costly appointments. Rich tapestries and rare antiques are to be found in this drawing room (Top Left). [Incomplete]
