Original Toronto Star caption: When the mayor turned to stone. William Dennison checks her husband's chin against that of a ted by Mrs. Ethel Sostay (centre). The mayor was amazed emblence. Mrs. Sostay visited the mayor's office once and took photographs through which she formed the basic sculpture. Then Dennison sat for her at Mrs. Sostay's Downsview Ave. home, where she made minor adjustments to the eyebrows and nose. [Incomplete]
