Original Toronto Star caption: Plaque honors fallen Peel policemen. A memorial plaque was unveiled at Peel police headquarters last week honoring officers who have lost their lives while on duty. Kathleen Piukkala and brother-in-law Rod stand next tot he plaque that bears her husband Dwayne's name. Piukkala was knifed to death in 1984.
