Original Toronto Star caption: Premier David Peterson addresses dozens of guests and dignitaries yesterday at sodturning ceremonies for the University of Toronto's new law library and music faculty expansion. Total cost of the two projects is almost $18 million. The $12.7 million expanded law library will be named after former Supreme Court chief justice Bora Laskin. The music faculty's $5.2 million project includes a new wing to house the largest music collection in Canada and major renovations to the current library.
