A Sarnia pediatrician convicted of sexually assaulting nurses and patients' mothers over a 16-year period has been ordered not to practise medicine for six months. And Dr. Kunwar Singh, 49, will lose his licence for a minimum 18 months if he's convicted of a similar charge within the next four years, a disciplinary hearing of the College of Physicians and Surgeons has ruled. Eye operation: Eye surgeon Dr. Lionel Chisholm of Toronto Western Hospital says a research clinic here would provide a centre where he and other doctors could share information on eye treatment techniques with researchers. Because there is no eye research institute in Canada, those with disease or injures often travel to the U.S., the site of the nearest eye centres.
