Workers were lined up on the tracks for coffee from a caterer's truck when the train struck. A Halton Region policeman inspects the scene. Police said the engineer; Vic Newcomeb; 55; of Burlington; apparently left the locomotive idling and joined about 25 workers around he catering truck for morning coffee.
