Smith; Manitoba's Walter Weir; Alex Campbell of P.E.I.; New Brunswick's Louis Robichaud; Ross Thatcher of Saskatchewan; Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau and Ontario's John Robarts. The conference ended last night after the second day. It agreed that the provinces be given access to indirect tax fields.
