Original Toronto Star caption: The Mail Boxes Are Sealed; Letter boxes were sealed at the main post office terminal at Bay and Front Sts. today as sorters continued their wildcat walkout. Wilf Stuckebrock and Peter Gould are closing the boxes and the Post Office is still saying; Don't mail. In the delayed mail are thousands of family allowance and pension cheques.
