Above are photographers of some of the properties which are mentioned in real estate circles in connection with a very marked activity in the Bloor-Bay area this week. The principal deal was sale by Robins Ltd. of the southwest corner of Bloor and Balmuto Sts. for $400;000. Above are shown: (1) the Diet Kitchen Annex; reported; although not confirmed; as sold to W. C. Goffatt at $2;000 a foot; frontage 50 ft. 6 in.; (2) the Diet Kitchen itself; owned by Dr. H. C. Parsons; W. C. Goffatt also being named as purchaser; and (3) the R. C. Dancy property; purchased by R. D. Richardson. This property includes street numbers 75-81 Bloor St. W. Important buildings are forecast ultimately for these valuable sites.

Treasure of Whiterock Estates, Ronald Bluestein sits in his office in downtown Toronto explaining his company's real estate operations in Ontario. He is one of three principals in the firm which subdivides farm land, and then aggressively sells lots with the slogan Own a Piece of Canada. A team of Star investigators has disclosed that titles to many of the Whiterock Estates lots are faulty.
