Original Toronto Star caption: Big deal for king st. west. Above is a photograph of 107; 109 and 111 King St. W.; three important structures that in real estate circles are reported as in process of sale. These buildings have a total frontage of 42 ft. and a depth of 208 ft. They are owned by the J. J. Neeland Trust that is administered by the Toronto General Trusts Corporation; four persons each having a quarter interest in the property. Enquiries at the offices of the real estate department of the Toronto General Trusts Corporation failed to obtain confirmation or denial that a sale was in process of closure. The parcel is adjacent to property recently purchaed by S. J. Moore; president of the Bank of Nova Scotia.
