The two-storey block; which was completed about four years ago; comprises eleven stores with twelve apartments and office suites above. Alternations involving an outlay of an additional $15;000 are contempated immediately by the new owner. The chain store department of R. B. Rice and Sons; realtors; 60 Victoria St.; negotiated the sale of this important corner property; which was formerly owned by Florence Bishop.
