Original Toronto Star caption: To be a knitting plant. The photograph is of 47-49 Bathurst St.; which has been sold by the American Hat Frame Manufacturing Co. to Ideal Knitting Mills Ltd.; now located at 460 Richmond St. W. The purchasing concern will use the building as a knitting mill and 50 or 60 hands will be employed therein. The consideration involved in the purchase was $65;000.
