Original Toronto Star caption: Fed by rubber tires; flames belch from $900;000 warehouse-factory fire on Liberty St. yesterday. Flaming debris carried by heavy gusts kept firelighters busy several hundred yards from centre of blaze putting out new fires at buildings between Gardiner Expressway and railroad tracks. One firefighter suffered a broken shoulder when a beam fell on him inside a building.
