Original Toronto Star caption: 13 cars filled with acid were derailed 46 miles southeast of Sudbury yesterday and an undetermined amount has spilled into the Pickerel River. At least three of the cars were punctured; and an Ontario Water Resources Commission official says that fishing could be seriously affected. The CP Rail train was travelling from Copper Cliff to Hamilton. A CP dispatcher warned persons to stay away because the acid could burn the soles off your shoes.
