Six modified Twin Otters are at de Havilland Aircraft, Downsview, almost ready for delivery to the federal government for its trial air bus service between Montreal and Ottawa, scheduled to start next year. The short-take-off-and-landing planes will make possible a downtown-to-downtown trip in an hour and 15 minutes.
