Original Toronto Star caption: Mother goose greets spring. We're still waiting for the trees to bloom; but as far as these Canada Geese are concerned; spring has arrived on the Toronto Islands and it's time to start planning for the new brood of youngsters. Father Goose stands guard while Mother Goose sits on eggs in their Hanlon's Point 'apartment' in a tree 15 feet above the ground.
