Acting for the Andrew Darling Estate the National Trust Co. sold this week to a client of the Spring Realty Co.; the eight-storey and basement loft building known as the Darling Building; located at the southwest corner of Adelaide and Spadina Ave. The building has a Spadina Ave frontage of 100 feet by 98 feet or Adelaide St.; and was erected by the late Andrew Darling at a cost of about $200;000. It is understood the property was purchased as an investment.
