Original Toronto Star caption: Three CNR cars derailed last night in Weston and 14 persons were injured -- one when a fence post pierced her abdomen. Three cars in the four-coach train skidded off the tracks towards the Face-Elle plant west of Jane St.; but stopped just before striking the factory. One of the cars; filled with passengers; teeters against an 80;000-gallon oil tank as rescuers work under giant lights shining against the cars. The locomotive and a car had been detached by the crash.
