Original Toronto Star caption: Making maple syrup native style; Tiffany Fesiuk; 7; of Ancaster; discovered how native Indians made syrup during a visit to Crawford Lake Indian Village in Milton. The maple sap was put in a dug out log and not stones dropped into the sap to evaporate it and turn it into syrup. The display continues weekends until April 16.
