This map was mostly likely created by the Toronto surveying/engineering/drafting firm of Wadsworth, Unwin & Browne about 1875, amending an 1851 map drawn by J.O. Browne. The High Park area is coloured with green, blue and yellow watercolour washes, with "High Park" overwritten in red ink, likely by John George Howard.  It is housed together with the 1851 map: https://digitalarchive.tpl.ca/objects/330432/map-of-township-of-york-in-the-county-of-york-upper-canada?ctx=e6ef941e39cf994770f8b617950cd62896581ddb&idx=0
